This is our first offering from El Salvador, in Central America. It is a washed coffee, done as a medium roast to offer a well rounded flavor profile, not too bright but, not too roasted. From start to finish you will pick up on notes of Milk Chocolate, dark toffee, and roasted walnuts. It also has a heavy body that makes adding milk optional, while adding sugar turns it into a delicious caffeinated hot chocolate. Regardless of how you make it, you will not be dissappointed.
