This offering from Costa Rica is grown in the mountains of Zarcero. It is a washed coffee, done as a medium/dark roast to increase body and create a bold flavor. Notes of roasted almond and dark chocolate emerge at this level, with a mild acidity, making it an excellent choice for lattes and other milk drinks.
