A washed coffee from the Chiapas region, on the southern tip of Mexico. We have taken this roast darker than our usual medium to reduce acidity, resulting in a much more mellow cup. You will also discover notes of bittersweet chocolate, followed by a very smooth and pleasantly smoky finish.
