It's been over a year since our last coffee from Nicaragua, and we dearly missed it. We have roasted this wonderful coffee as a medium, to highlight its sweetness in the cup. You will notice a smooth cane sugar sweetness with a hint of cinnamon, followed by notes of Chocolate and pistachio, all leading to a fresh finish reminiscent of herbal tea. This coffee does well taken black, but still has enough body to poke through a bit of cream and sugar.
